Although henna paste is a natural made product that does not guarantee that there will be no allergic reaction. You should be aware that if you have (or think you could have) skin allergies or sensitive skin please use your good judgment. Royal Henna will not be responsible for allergic reactions.

By signing below I guarantee that I am and understand the below terms

1) I am sixteen (16) years of age or older. (Persons under 16 must provide the signature of a parent or guardian.)

2) I understand that my henna is a temporary stain that will fade within a month. Henna is not a tattoo, nor it permanent.

3) I understand that Royal henna paste does not contain para-phenylenediamine (PPD).

4) Henna paste includes henna (lawsonia inermis) lemon juice, coconut oil, and sugar, and may contain the following: Lavender essential oil I am not, to my knowledge, allergic to any of the aforementioned included ingredients.

5)I do not have G6DP deficiency

6) I hold Royal Henna Harmless for any adverse effects of henna
